Jiangwang Subdistrict
Jiangwang (Chinese: 蒋王）subdistrict is located in the western suburbs of Yangzhou, in the People's Republic of China. In recent years, the government of Jiangwang Subdistrict has aimed to develop and accelerate the economy, which intends to make people’s living standard grow faster and faster.
With the remarkable increase of democracy and the legal system, harmonious and stable social situation, people's living standard and life quality have risen greatly. It has been rewarded for the effective control of public security.
==Agriculture==
After two year's implementing the policy of benefiting peasants, vegetable production developed rapidly. Currently, there are 6500 mu of vegetable crop fields. With effective application of new technology, it has promoted six new varieties of vegetables, eight types of nursery stock flowers and two tunnel technologies. Nearly ten thousand yuan has been used to construct agricultural facilities, dredge 103 rivers, complete 21.5 liters of earthwork and build another 3500 meters of brick or stone lining and drained a new pump station.
